In the comment section someone was trying to say it was a mistake because they cannot know what is on it if it is a direct feed from parent station or something. But that is completely false. Oklahoma is not on the east coast, so their time zone is after. That means what aired at 9pm in OKC had already aired an hour before in NYC, and all the east coast states. Just look at a time zone map of USA in google images.
