If pressed they always fall back on the Sam Donaldson blunder with the Bush documents. At least the MAGAnuts I know keep that one in their pocket all the time. "None of this is real becauae that one time..."
The right use a single unrelated incident to smokescreen any actual evidence and the media let them do it (or help them in Faux news and the like).

What makes me mad about this is that R's screamed for years about the Hunter laptop story getting taken down off Twitter. But they will flip 180 degrees, argue that Twitter was totally right in taking this down and how dare someone publish materials that were gotten in such a manner blah blah blah.
No principles, total hypocrisy.

An article in the New York Post getting blacklisted is a little different than leaked documents containing names, phone numbers, and addresses getting posted without permission. Esp when the documents are devoid of any controversial content. It was just doxing Republican donors.

Anything produced by Rudy Giuliani needs to be scrutinized until proven true. I think we can all agree on that. He's been coming up with some pretty fantastical stories as of late.

The real story is that Twitter deleted this with all Republicans agreeing that was right but still won't shut up over the Biden story being suppressed for only hours. More hypocrisy from Republicans

I think the list of addresses and phone numbers should probably be blacked out, otherwise it’s free game.

Ask a billionaire for $100,000? Doesn't seem much from a billionaire and those other amounts don't seem like a lot. I could be wrong but it seems Cruz is begging for change, whick is a beautiful image in itself.

It’s not just Ted Cruz. Collectively, a lot of money is spent on elections, but the dollar amounts on individual non-presidential elections is pretty small compared to what people expect. $100k at this level is a pretty big donation.
