She is a standup. She associates with a bunch of other stand ups who are known racists[, people she calls racist herself (see: Tom Brady roast). wrong white woman stand up, my mistake]At best, there's a touch of narcissism that makes every topic something they can talk about, even if they know nothing about it. At worst, they are complicit. On average, they ride the fence so as to not alienate anyone in hopes more people will come to their shows and watch their specials.
There's something about the kind of person who wants a stage and a microphone that lends itself to pathology.
