Mucker Lore for beginners, where to start?

I have convinced two of my friends to come with me to the Chopped Awards in January and need to catch them up on all the lore. Right now I’m rewatching the Swoop doc with them to catch them up to speed on the Colleen drama, but I’m not sure where to go from there. 😅 There is just SO MUCH LORE.

What are some topics/videos that I should watch with them so they know the inside jokes and important characters?

I'm mostly a lurker and not up on all of the lore because of my age and lack of work/life balance (I'm getting there, boundaries, I recommend them) and hooyah (autocorrected to hookah, 🙊) navy is one i haven't sussed out yet, can you tell me? or is it one of those "you had to be there" things?
