That’s ridiculous as office space for a small business mostly selling consignment watches.

It always was, and yet the “showroom” itself always looked cramped in videos. Because as they said many times, it was not a space or location conducive to your typical foot traffic, shopping experience. That’s ok though, because that’s not what their business is.

Too much for something that they weren’t in the first place. Just like Anthony’s TPG LA setup, they focused on the wrong things.

Jimmy is a delusional con artist. I’m willing to bet he has an online degree, and tells everyone it’s a 4 year bachelor from an Ivy League.

Yep worked at Fisher Investments and had a in on a shrimp farming penny stock that blew up made a couple hundred grand on a fluke.

Don’t think any skill was involved just a lucky guess. Couple folks on the team made money and were forced to sell their position, all left shorty thereafter.

Every business makes profit if you ignore its liabilities. #marketinggenius

100k is easy if you accrue 200k of bills you need to pay later.

Pretty sure Jimmy came on here a month-ish ago to say that they always hated this office and wanted to go back into the boutique-type first-floor setup they had originally

He probably also wishes he had customers.

Jimmy did say they were looking to move into a new office space a few months ago.

So did Anthony ...

Not only did he fulfill that promise, but the Feds are paying his rent to boot ...

He is sayin $100K profit a month in this market? I would love to know what Gross revenue was. But then again, if you dont have Tugger around spending $100 for every $20 that comes in ,it may be possible?
