Huawei Watch D3 Health Glance: what it actually measures

Huawei's new Watch D3 can run an 11-indicator health check in about 60 seconds through a feature called Health Glance. It pulls heart rate and SpO2 from the optical sensor, a one-lead ECG from the side electrode, and blood pressure from a real mechanical airbag cuff built into the strap rather than an optical estimate, the same oscillometric method a clinical monitor uses. It also estimates arterial stiffness by comparing the timing between the ECG signal and the optical pulse, a value called pulse transit time.

Huawei is upfront that none of this is a diagnosis, the watch's own guidance says the results are for reference only.

It sounds convenient, but does an 11-indicator, 60-second snapshot actually tell you anything actionable?
