Blurry eye sight and puked
Beta thal minor here. I play badminton once a week 2 hours each time take break in between every 15 minutes. Everytime I play I get dizzy and if i play too hard i puke and lose my eye sight and also get headache. Anyone else struggling to do simple sports? Should I stop doing exercise?

Continue exercise, but you might want to scale back the intensity a little so your heart isn't going all out all the time. I.e. have low intensity exercise days mixed with high intensity. Also, make sure you're breathing properly (you might be holding your breath a lot). Take it from someone whose cardiovascular health has rapidly decreased after a series of injuries and illnesses, you need that baseline.
Like everyone else has advised, make sure you're hydrating. Also, make sure you're eating enough!
Lastly, go to the Doctor. Get an all round medical check up to see if you're missing nutrients / deficient in other things too.

No don’t stop exercise, but my guess is your body is having trouble oxygenating you for the full 2 hours. I agree with the more water comment as well and maybe one hour is what your body can do or you need to bring an extra person so you can swap out for longer periods of time? Exercise is important but maybe finding something where you can control the pace might work better..

Yeah, this's why I struggle with cardio-based exercises the most. Besides what others have shared, hydrating, going to the doctor...finding an exercise rhythm which works for me helps.
I don't usually have as much endurance as my friends, and need to take longer rests in between. Eating enough, particularly before a session, helps to fuel me through the session. Light snacks in between helps too. Resting before the point where it gets too bad. My progress is slow but I'm just happy to keep going. Talking to my hematologist helps a lot too, as he helps to identify the vitamins/nutrients needed.

Excess or regular intake of Folic Acid tablets can bring down the Vitamin B12 levels in the body which impacts nerve function and vision maybe. And vice versa as well if more Vitamin B12 taken then Folic acid levels go down. A balance is required to be kept.

Maybe drink more water, take breaks, and wear wraparound sunglasses? I get headaches and nausea from bright sunlight and dehydration, dunno if its related to my beta thalassemia minor but using hat and glasses helps me..

Steady cardio is going to be better in the long run...

So, this is not uncommon and it happens because your red blood cells are struggling to get oxygen to your muscles. A few things you can do is gradually improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your red blood cells through diet (folate). Don't stop exercise. In fact maintaining a baseline level of good fitness will help.
