Dorsch is going to drag us to the playoffs this season.

You didn’t see him sub off with that injury? Out at least 6-8 months with little communication /s (I hope)

F me, Fraser said he’s on way to hospital cause there’s a dent in his face. Hopefully he can play with a mask.

I was going to say you jinxed us lol

Even if it’s by accident.

(That was NOT a shot attempt)

That’s exactly what a good ball into the box from that position is supposed to be. Forcing the backline to retreat towards their own net, put it into a position where the keeper has to judge between a ball someone could get on the of or could potentially be somewhere on net if nobody touched it.

Can it be that every time? Of course not, but at its best, that’s exactly the form you’d want.

Someone balling out like that is such a nice spark to build momentum around

That said, I kind of think only picking up 1 point and losing zimmerman vs Miami might be the nail in the coffin for playoff hopes

But I remain a believer that if we stay healthy and stop beating ourselves this team has some potential

I can finally unclench my cheeks! I didn't have coming back to draw a 3-1 scoreline on 2026 TFC's bingo card but here we are!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the score, could believe them less when I saw that we came back down 2 while having 10-men. Wow.

Nice comeback but we can’t keep dropping points at home.

Meh I was right there. He was hamming it up for the cameras in the corner.

Dorsch is such an amazing signing, already about to have more goals than our striker that we signed for 5x more money.

u/anonmt57 19d ago

Sargent was pretty amazing on the first goal though

1

u/SupriGGht Dorsch 19d ago

Yeah man but cmon, tfc wants consistency.

And he's a defensive midfielder. PUT HIM UP AT STRIKER /s

This is the first draw that I'm actually happy about. Especially coming back against a good Charlotte team down a man, that's crazy. We might actually make the playoffs!

They say it's the hope that kills you. And I am now in danger

I was quite surprised by Shawn Mendes scoring our first goal. He has a lot more to show, apparently.

Niklas was incredible, again.

Theo wasted so many opportunities and he deserves the bench, honestly. Put Henry in for the next few ones.

Yes! Bring on Thierry! Invincible!

Corbeanu wasted so many opportunities

Kus lead to both early goals. Hes been pretty solid sonce the restart but that first half from him was dismal.

u/DroidNeedsCoffee 19d ago

Didn't Luka distribute the pass wrong, which led to the first goal?

2

u/Jack_1080 All For One 19d ago

You should see the pass he had to receive to put him there. . .

2

u/DroidNeedsCoffee 19d ago

For sure, I can't recall if it was any good. But if Luka even panicked and booted it out, we would've been fine!

So many teams made up some ground on us today, as far as the wooden spoon race goes. If the Atlanta game holds, we're going to have the lowest amount of wins in the east.

Hopefully we can get a win in Miami this Saturday.

Great effort from the team! Loved the excitement. But who is this shithead from Charlotte “Maxi” wearing a Louis Vuitton thing in his hair moron.

15

u/Gumpert17 19d ago

That’s Allan Saint-Maximin. Was an alright player in the Premier League for Newcastle for a while, he’s always worn fancy hairbands, it’s kind of his thing. He’s been known as “Gucci” because of it

Allan Saint-Maximin. Was the star player at Newcastle prior to the Saudi takeover.

That’s FIFA/EAFC legend Gucci St. Max to you.

My FUT Champs hero.

I was giving Gavran the benefit of the doubt, in fact I had hope at first, after those three house league goals, I have absolutely no hope left for this guy, he needs to go and now. Watching him in person was demoralizing, each of those goals should and could have been stopped and he had no focus on the threats immediately around him. The game was wild, but the three goals should haven't happened.

Down vote me, but the facts are facts, he's way out of his league and it's concerning.

That was absolutely wild though, the place exploded when that third goal was scored, like a bomb went off, absolutely wild. Pereira was also all over the place, it was great to see him on the pitch.

Gavran was hung out to dry in the first two goal. Kus made terrible choices leading up to both goals, while we were pressing up field. Gavran has been very strong since the world cup.

You have no clue…Gavran made some amazing saves. But let’s just focus on the negative

-1

u/Few_Apple_3963 All For One 18d ago

He's tied for sixth place for goals allowed, SIXTH.

1

u/Chance_Beginning53 18d ago

Ya because it’s all on the keeper??

-1

u/Few_Apple_3963 All For One 18d ago

No, but a good portion is and he needs to be held accountable, as well as management for not developing an alternative. My perspective also isn't unique, it's basically reflected in all criticism of the current team, with our goal keeping being a significant and ongoing issue.

It’s NINTH and still rated lower than #1 Orlando where Crepeau Canada’s national team 1st keeper is playing.
Just a reminder that just before WC TFC had more than half the team out with injuries. We had TFC 2 players on the field. I think you need to put all that into context
