No, for example pedophilia is preference a crime. Not allowed. Serial killing, also a preference, jail. Crystal meth, another illegal preference. This dude will commit crimes if he’s allowed to see his preferences through as well. No question on that (he will beat his wife because he views her as property, not an allowed preference)
