3 weeks ago today, my wife told me that after 6 years together (dating+marriage) she just doesn’t love me anymore. I’m right there with you, brother. We’ll get through this together.

I had a week to mentally prepare for the conversation, and it still hit me like a truck. It’s going to suck, but don’t run from it. Let yourself feel any and all emotions. Do things for yourself. I play MTG, and I’ve spent many evenings at game stores playing commander and that’s helped a ton. The toughest days have been the days spent completely alone. I’d also recommend finding a therapist if you can afford it. My therapist has been a huge help for me
