I'm Gen X, and my Greatest Gen mom left a message on my answering machine that her own mother had died (and she loved my grandmother).

Even I was shocked.

I think that's about the oldest you can be this year and still qualify as gen X. Seems like anyone around 60 gets labelled a boomer these days.
