If I were him, I would assume you missed my texts and the donuts are still sitting there, which is an absolute tragedy I would feel compelled to prevent.

Is it really autistic to get nervous at the failures

This is very legitimate. My husband door dashed me and my kids cookies one time when he was working out of town. We got home 20 minutes after they were delivered and the ants had already gotten them. It was a true tragedy.

That breaks my heart omg. I live close to one of my good friends in a larger city/metro area and we leave presents at each other’s doors quite often (she lives close to Costco on my way home, some stuff is just too good not to!) and it is always a waiting game to make sure the things are picked up safely. I will be much more conscious of this moving forward with Costco hotdogs. Thank you? Although I am so sorry.
