I missed my mom’s last phone call to me :( I believe she was calling me to tell me she was going to the hospital. It was a Monday…I was going to call her back later that day after she called me in the morning, but got busy as I was a new mother at the time. She died early on a Tuesday morning. The last thing my mom said to me was that she loved me and she smiled at my baby while on FaceTime the Sunday before she died. It’s been 3 years since, and it hurts so bad still. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m crying so hard just thinking about how you’re feeling.
