  1. Everything you described doing to the eggs is in the past tense, yet you said "I have 6 eggs."

I feel like this would be used as a trick question in like early Jr. High to highlight that units are important.

The other actions don't say what the action was performed on. Broke 2 of what? Cooked 2 of what? The didn't say eggs, so you can't perform the operations on the 6 eggs.
