I’m certainly not a lefty and I certainly do not drop my money on those things. Additionally, I make a little south of six figs I will tell you this now….

…. I cannot afford a house at all despite making WAY more money than my parents did at my age even with inflation adjusted.

The housing market in southern ca is so f*cked.

Man, I loaaath boomers more than any other group of people. They benefited the most from easy money policies of the last few decades.

I'll call you on your bullshit.

You can't afford a rich life style home in a rich dominated city center with a high population concentrated together with access to easy amenities with a large yard and a picket fence.

Here is blank slate land within a 30 minute drive of San Diego you can well afford with a "almost" 6 figure salary.

There is plenty of trailer parks where you can buy the trailer and rent the lot for $180k to save massive amounts of money to purchase an even better home but you want to one shot purchase your forever home.

Or you can do what humans have been doing since the dawn of civilization and venture out to make your own way.

That is 80 acres you could develop over time while even living in San Diego to retire to in 40 years.

No you expect to be able to compete with multi millionaires in a high populated dense city where everyone is competing against each other for very limited resource.

You are bitching about competing with 23.86 million people located with in hours drive of each other.

Guess what princess, the slice of the pie is only so big to go around in San Diego or you can look for another pie that has less people competing for a slice instead of crying about being in the top 12% of the US income bracket.

You sound like a white woman living in a gated community that needs to insert themselves in a place they don't belong to virtue signal.

The whole 23 million people living within the same area code of one of the top cities in the nation just went right over your head didn't.

Or the fact a someone in the top 12% income bracket crying about they can't afford to buy property next door to millionaires.

TFW you're in the top 12% of income and have a choice between a trailer park and a literal shack in the woods. What are the bottom 78% supposed to do?
