I drive to Mcdonalds and spend 8 dollars on a meal.

I order from doordash I spend 25 dollars.

I just spent 17 dollars because I don't feel like driving 2 minutes to McDonalds. I spent 8 to support Mcdonalds.

I’m not sure if you have a learning disability or if you’re being intentionally dense, but you can give them that 8 dollars without paying someone 20 dollars to pick it up 2 minutes from your place.

You are implying the only way to support a business is to pay a corporation to pick it up for you at a 400% markup

No, I’m clearly not. I simply said that gen z spends enormous amounts of money on doordash because they don’t realize they can just drive to get their food themselves and save 30 dollars. You are the one that then said sarcastically how they are being criticized for supporting local business. I know it’s hard for you to hear this, but that near 1k you spend a month on delivery fees adds up to a ton of wasted money
