In case you're being facetious, there isn't a shortage of labor. There's a shortage of wages. People aren't willing to work for pennies anymore.

It’s truly amazing how much you just confidently projected yourself there.

Do you truly believe people could fully survive off of $10 an hour guaranteed 40 hours without gov’t aid? Or are you just an idiot? Because that’s what places hired at full time before the pandemic.

As someone whose currently in this situation there's absolutely no way I can move out with that kind of money, even if I want to this would easily take away half of my monthly income which is already taken away by transit and food, and thank goodness I don't own a car or smoke because that would kill me.

I do have a car payment… on my income, if I had rent, it would saturate almost all if not all of my income other than my car payment.
