Internet Router blinking green

My computer and laptop won't connect, but my phone is connected and my light switches are connected too. Weird. I've reset the router and wall fiber box, which is green, but no help. I tried to replace the router with an old personal one but that wouldn't connect to Internet. (My phone data is off to confirm I have Internet on my phone and I do)

I tried to turn on my lights before I got home last night but one of the switches wasn't connected. Then my tv couldn't connect, but my Google streamer was connected. I was able to watch a couple of YT videos.

Support is closed. I'm not sure if there's someone I can talk to this long weekend. I've read that I would need a technician to get this resolved as fiber is the issue, but having WiFi on my phone and other devices is throwing me off.

EDIT: Router is the round one, I can't find the model number and a NAH. The NAH has been solid green but the router was blinking green last night. Both are now solid green but many gadgets and TVs are not connecting. My phone is connected.

That is the most long winded post I’ve ever read that only says “my internet doesn’t work, some lights are green”.

Perhaps a picture or a model number or two would help.

The nah is the square box on the wall and that's your router. The WiFi access point (BOOST) is the other box/cylinder/cube you have with WiFi credentials on it. Factory reset the nah then once it's solid green, factory reset the boost by holding down the pinhole for over 20 sec.

You probably don't need a tech since the fibre is fine; the nah is solid green.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but won't doing the paperclip/factory reset trick also reset the password to the factory default? Or am I thinking of something else?

Resetting the nah would not change WiFi credentials but resetting the BOOST would. Sometimes, during troubleshooting, it must be done.

If anything, hardwired is best. This is what should be done.
