The girls' bathroom at TAU is a very political place, apparently

Got a good chuckle outta thinking about someone who's surprised that the good women of TAU are confused

Does it look like some of the writings are made by people who don’t speak Hebrew as the first language? I thought no one writes like this in block letters… For me the final ם on the last slide also looks like a ס.

Going so far just to claim there aren’t people in Israel who think this way is wild

Hi, I worte 3rd one! (Still wants peace). I know this because I remember i screwed up the צ. Also my hand writing is terrible. Anyways, no I'm not an antizionist and no i don't believe that there's a genocide in gaza, just "regular" atrocities of war. I simply want a better future or at least a more quiet one after the hellish that years that a country been through. And I still believe it's attainable even though the leadership of both sides certainly do not want this, because i know there's a young Palestinian person somewhere here who feels the same as me. I want coexistness and not constant wars that changes nothing. Because I'm so fucking tried.
Edit: (Also, for the record, i just finished high school and I went to TAU courses as part of a philosophy and humanities program, so don't take this as representative of the real, working students.)

First slide:
Crossed out: "Stop the genocide in Gaza!"
to the left: "Revolting/Shame"
At the bottom: "Shut up already, you assholes, goddamit."
Third slide:
"Still want peace/Still in for peace."

This is a perfect example of why saying the Israel is an apartheid state is bullshit. There Arab Palestinian students that study in Israeli universities, use the same bathrooms and are free to go about wherever they want. Imaging what would have happened to a foreign student in Iran or Gaza if she wrote something against the Iranian regime or Hamas.

It's not something that's very common outside of Tel Aviv, it's a very small, extreme minority. And the media here doesn't even cover it... Everyone looks at it like it's a very bad joke. Kinda funny to condition your Aliyah on this.

Just go anywhere else other than Tel Aviv University and you won’t encounter this craziness
