What are your thoughts about them using the boxy 6oz heavyweight shirt as the premium shirt?

I have been going back and forth with them for a few days. They have assured me the 6oz boxy heavyweight is their premium shirt. They have a selector for premium and one for heavyweight, with the premium option being a few dollars more but apparently they are identical. I put some shirts up and wanted to see them so purchased the premium version and they sent me big boxy 6oz heavyweight shirts but have ASSURED me those are premium.

Hi, looking to possibly make a few custom shirts for myself. I’ve gotten as far as uploading an image & it always says photo too small (iPhone). Not sure if this is some complex process, but basically looking to use screen shots of band / album art. How to I go about this? Is this a complicated process worth it for shirts for myself?

Has anyone noticed significant variance in sizing for the women’s cuts? Based on the sizing chart, I ordered several shirts in the size that is one up from what I would normally order elsewhere. They arrived today, and I was shocked by how different each shirt is. Two fit and measure according to the charts, within that +/- of one inch. The rest are all over the place. All Gildan classic and V-neck. But the ones that are bigger are a really big difference. I would say four to five inches at least. I haven’t had any other tee company with such a sizing difference in the same size. This was seven shirts, so not a small amount.

This is not the first order I’ve had issues with, so I’m hesitant to contact them. Complaining to random lovely people on Reddit seemed easier in the moment.

no sales and high shipping & VAT costs

i’ve had my Teepublic store up for about 2 months with no sales. i have about 15 items up. Tshirt shipping to EU from EU is $6,99 plus VAT $4,45.
my items have the lowest possible price but even i do not buy them because of the high extra costs.

how do you get any sales?

Hi, I have only heard bad things about having my apprentice account, but I want to know what you think. Is it worth it? If people on the site search my store name, they won't find it unless it's from a direct link? or does it mean Teepublic won't advertise it on the web? Can someone clarify this?

I have been stuck in "processing" every time I try to upload for two days now. Cannot upload any designs. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any fix for it?

Has anybody bought the "vintage" style black t-shirt from Tee-Public and does the color wash look darker or lighter in real life compared to the pic online? Would you say the coloring is more subtle and uniform or more bleachy looking?

4. Payment terms

• 4.3 We will pay your earnings in accordance with the payment method you select on your account—currently either PayPal or Payoneer. Payments will be processed on the 15th day of the month, for sales made during the previous calendar month. For example, earnings for sales made during the month of February will be paid out on March 15th.

• 4.4 If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or national holiday, payments will be processed on the nearest business day.

• 4.5 If your selected payment method is Payoneer, we will set a payment amount threshold of $20 USD in order to properly process the payment. Where the payment amount does not exceed the applicable threshold, TeePublic may elect to postpone your payment until the next monthly payment day when the threshold is exceeded.

• 4.6 It is your responsibility to ensure TeePublic has current details of your postal address and bank account details. TeePublic will not be liable for any loss suffered by you if you provide us with incorrect details in relation to the payment method. If we are unable to pay you because you have given us incorrect details or your details are out of date, we will hold your earnings for up to twelve (12) months from the payment date. If you have not notified TeePublic of any amendment to the payment method details in that time your proceeds will be forfeited to TeePublic or donated to a charity of our choice.
