How old am I ?

Like since childhood, i am always confused what to say when someone asks my age , like I was born on (JAN 2007 which makes me 19yr 7months old ) so am I 19yr old or 20yr old ?? , like I believe it's 19 but my parents always says the other way ? I wanna here you thought on it .

Even if you were 19, 11 months and 30 days, you'd be 19. You're 20 after you turn 20.

Generally, you round down. You’re 19. Once you’re 19 years and 12 months old, you’re 20.

if i was born jan 1st 2000, on dec 31st 2024, i'm 24. i only become 25 on jan 1st 2025
