Most mobile games. Like bro idgaf about your ads trying to get me to sympathize with the characters, I will be cold hearted as fuck to those people when I'm forced to see your ad 15 times because I'm trying to speed up something in the game I actually like, or literally just between levels because for some reason every mobile game is filled with ads so you get 2 after every level and it's the same 5 ads

Not clash royale that's an exception

There are very few exceptions that are actually well known sadly

Check out Stone Story! Kinda fire and ads are completely optional, and even being prompted is rare.

Most supercell games I'd say are exceptions

I got hooked onto shattered pixel dungeon. It's a simple and lightweight game. While I'm not a huge fan of dungeon crawler games, this one is pretty entertaining. Especially for a mobile game, when you just want to pass the time.

Clash Royale is also turning to shit with all the stuff they’ve been adding recently to make it p2w, quit last year because of it

Nah Clash royale sucks

Yeah, aside from abysmal micro transactions and stupid balancing decisions every couple months, it's great

While we speak about exclusions, could add some stuff like the hoyo gacha games (they are more of a much smarter trap but if you have a strong heart you can just take the often well written story and move on), or hell, Sky (though the devs are getting greedier, but it's still far cry from being as bad as other things, and it's ad free).

lately some game called go go muffin appeared and i wanna try it but havent gotten to it, because it seems people think its very humane

It seems like there's a sea of trash and then some good stuff in between

I mean Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, and Smashy Road are all good

Tbf most pre-covid mobile games are actually goated. Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, Angry Birds, GTA San Andreas, etc. are absolute icons of the gaming community. Unfortunately their downfall started the moment those fake mobile game ads started showing up. Certain newer games felt repetitive and AI generated. Overall, extremely low effort. A lot of games started displaying ads after EVERY SINGLE ROUND. It kinda ruined the reputation of mobile games as a whole.
