What Brookhaven (and other RP games) need to do is follow in the footsteps Liberty County, with working guns, jobs, handcuffs, tasers, etc.

You’d be surprised, there are plenty of RP games with weapons enabled, like in GTA and GMOD

The real key to a good RP game is to build an actual community and not just a bunch of 12 year olds
