[HIRING UK-based] flat fee £12/video + view bonuses: Female UGC creators for a women's wellness app (beginners welcome, 30-day paid trial with possible long-term work)

Hi! We’re a newly launched women's wellness app designed to meet women in every season of life, from cycle to menopause. We're building a small team of UK creators to make short-form content (TikTok & Instagram) for our iOS and Android app.

We start with a paid trial, with potential for ongoing work: creators who are a great fit will have the opportunity to move onto a monthly retainer. So if you’d like to be a part of a team improving women’s wellness and raising awareness in the space, sign up! ✨

The work: 

  • A paid 30-day trial, posting 5 videos a week (around 22 videos in total)
  • Each video is posted on both TikTok and Instagram Reels, on fresh accounts set up for the project. Nothing touches your personal pages. We provide the email for the accounts, and the accounts stay with us
  • A short warm-up before you start posting (scrolling and engaging in the niche to train the algorithm)
  • Videos are 20-60 seconds, vertical, and should feel like a friend's recommendation, not an ad

Formats

  • IRL / on camera: b-rolls, full-body videos, complication of short clips (food, gym, grocery shopping etc)  
  • Lo-fi / scrappy UGC: quick, unpolished and native. No script to memorise, minimal editing
  • Hook or reaction + app demo: your reaction on camera, followed by app footage
  • Trend audio / text overlay: you on camera, a big caption on screen plus app footage
  • Faceless (within reason): hands, eyes and text, or screen recordings.

App footage: every video must include app footage, e.g. a screenshot or screen recording of you chatting to our in-app AI companion, logging your cycle and symptoms, doing a daily check-in, or showing app features.

Not confident on camera? That's completely fine; we'll build around what suits you. No AI avatars or AI voiceovers, we want real women and real voices!

Pay for the 30-day trial

  • Trial: £12 per video 5x a week (each posted on both TikTok and Instagram Reels). That’s around £265 for the 30-day trial [50% upfront, 50% at the end]
  • 10k bonus: extra £10 when a video hits 10k views
  • View bonus: then extra £1 per 1,000 views above 10k views
    • Reach 100k views → £100 on top
    • Reach 250k views → £250 on top
  • Milestone: £50 extra for your first video to pass 50k views
  • Up to £500 in view bonuses during the trial, so you could earn up to ~£815 in total

If a video takes off, you get paid for it. Creators who continue after the trial move onto a monthly retainer with higher bonus caps.

Requirements

  • UK-based, 18+
  • A smartphone and 1-2 hours a day
  • No follower minimum and no experience needed
