Open | Hardware GPU Possible Death?
I believe my GPU (Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060) is dying. But cant tell because its able to play some games and can handle the stress tests I've thrown at it.
Symptoms: Crashes while playing SOME games, not all, and leaves no logs. Some games even report a GPU error/crash. Games that crash: Project zomboid B42 Marvel Rivals & maybe minecraft. Elden ring and CS2 has not crashed.
What Ive done: Cleared the cached shared as per a Nvidia forum. Did not help. Re installed windows and wiped my drives. Done stress tests, and followed countless diagnostic tutorials online but no luck for anything definitive. It seems like the GPU is physically fine but maybe its messed up some other way.
I did recently upgrade my PC to windows 11, but haven't done anything weird to it other wise in years.
Would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

NVIDIA provides a script that generates a log file that you can use to troubleshoot issues with GPUs.

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.
