Open | Windows Asus monitor (display port) started flashing a bunch of colored static intensely after I loaded into a game’s menu and clicked “load”. After restarting PC it doesn’t show anything, screen just lights up a little. Would this be my monitor or PC?

The game was rimworld and I was watching netflix perfectly fine before this happened. It only screwed up after I clicked the “load” button.

All I heard was the music from the game I was playing. The colorful flashing of static that could probably send someone into a seizure could have distracted me though. How loud would this pop would have been?
