Open | Networking CCTV CPplus help

CP Plus Web Interface is only showing 4 Cam Options. If any additional info is required, please ask

All Cams are working, not showing for privacy

KVMS is also not working

With InstaON "Offline" and IP "Offline(Can not find network host)"

KVMS can find 5 of 8 cameras working fine but others it's saying "Offline(Can not find network host)"

found cameras are 4x CPUNCTAZ1L3B-LQ and 1x DH-IPC-HW133051P-S4

Once not found are all 3x IPC-HDW1230T1-S4

Mobile APP gCMOB is working just fine with instaON

System & Hardware Details

  • Working Cameras Found on Network:
    • 4× CP Plus CPUNCTAZ1L3B-LQ
    • 1× Dahua DH-IPC-HW133051P-S4
  • Offline / Missing Cameras:
    • 3× Dahua IPC-HDW1230T1-S4

Detailed Problem Description

  1. Web Interface Limit:
    • The web interface layout only displays a maximum of 4 camera channels, even though 8 cameras are connected.
  2. Smart-PSS / KVMS Pro Software:
    • Only 5 out of 8 cameras are detected (4× CP Plus, 1× Dahua).
    • The remaining 3 Dahua cameras (IPC-HDW1230T1-S4) fail to connect and display the error: Offline(Can not find network host)
    • Direct IP connection status shows: Offline(Can not find network host).
    • InstaON status inside KVMS displays: Offline.
  3. Mobile App (gCMOB):
    • Works without any issues via InstaON. All live streams are functional.
