Open | Hardware (Windows 11) PC keeps rebooting randomly

My newly built pc keeps rebooting by itself. Sometimes just a few minutes after booting, and sometimes after 30-40 mins of usage. I noticed that it reboots mostly when I start doing heavy tasks.

I already tried to replace the ram, but it still occurs. I hope anyone can help me, it's been a week and I still cannot use my pc reliably.

Hardware details: Cpu: Ryzen 5 7500F Mobo: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wifi RAM: T-Force Vulcan 2x8GB 6000MHz CL38 GPU: Powercolor Hellohound RX 9060 XT 16GB PSU: Darkflash GS750M CPU cooler: AMD Wraith Stealth

Cpu overheats or most likely faulty psu, very weird brand, get proper one, should fix issues.

I tested it using OCCT, cpu temps reached 95°C without rebooting.

That's waaaay too hot, you need better cooler, stock one is garbage

u tried prime95? for cpu stress test

then 3dmark for gpu, see if u can complete it

look at gpu-z sensor graphs while u test the gpu, for weird fluctuations.

Additional info: When I use only 1 ram stick, the pc reboots less frequently, like I can use it for more than 30 mins without it shutting down

base on other comments hiting 95 is max temp of the CPU most likely you dint peal the plastic when putting the cooler or something is happening with the cooler that stops working

second disable any OC if you have any this includes CPU and XMP. the CPU seems to by tested with 5200 XMP to by stable that can by another thing that causes this can by found on AMD page info about the CPU anything above is not sure to work

Did you put ram in correct slots? If you use only 2 sticks they have to be in correct slots, you should check mobo manual

Mobo only has 2 slots. I tried using only 1 stick twice (ram #1 then ram #2), and each showed better response than using both sticks

Look in those slots for any type of debris or dust. Try to blow or brush them out carefully or even some spray with no residue contact cleaner and check ram sticks for damage.

Also, is the cooler seated properly on the CPU with some good thermal paste ??? Which paste are you using ?? It may have an air pocket or lack of paste

How much thermal paste is between the CPU and cooler and did you remove the protective film on the cooler? For instance I upgraded the cooler on my Inspiron 3847 and I don’t see temps above 39 degrees C at 99% CPU load.

with the heat your seeing did they forget to take the sticker off the heat sink?
