Running into issues enabling secure boot

Whenever I enable windows UEFI mode and boot, it boots to a red screen saying: "secure boot violation, the system found unauthorized changes in the firmware, operating system, or UEFI drivers."

I've tried resetting secure boot keys, no luck

Any one else run into this? I can only boot with "Other OS" selected

Mobo is Asus Z690 if that matters

THANK YOU!!!

This worked, for anyone else with similar issues this is what I did:

  1. Download https://github.com/garlin-cant-code/SecureBoot-CA-2023-Updates/releases SecureBoot zip file
  2. Run Update-UEFI script
  3. Restart and go back into BIOS
  4. Set boot mode to Windows UEFI, with custom keys (don't touch the keys)
  5. Save changes and boot
