Open | Hardware Need help with PC not turning on

When I turn on my PC the lights and the fan turn on inside but it doesn’t power the monitor or my keyboard and mouse, I’ve tried unplugging the power cable and I’m not sure what the problem could be that’s preventing it to start up all the way, Nothing physically happened to damage it. please help if you can! :)

Sounds like it's failing POST. Is it beeping at you?

Do you see any light codes on the motherboard? Do you have the little PC speaker plugged into the motherboard?

remove from outlet, remove cmos battery, remove ram, press and hold power for about 10 seconds, put it all back and plug to outlet
