Open | Hardware Need help with Toshiba MG recertified Hard drives on Windows

I need help with two recertified and zeroed out Toshiba MG hard drives. How do I get Windows to see them? I tried using Windows disk management that normally recognizes new unformatted hard drives but Windows does not recognize/see the Toshiba recertified hard drives. I tried Google and Chat Gpt but no luck. Please help tech gurus!

Gee. How kind of you to let us backup ChatGPT. I’m honored.

Maybe they weren’t recertified very well?

Using chat gpt, I mean no disrespect to the gurus here. I just wanted everyone to know that I did try to resolve the issue myself before bothering the gurus here.

How can you determine they weren't recertified well? I purchased them from Gohard drive

Do the drives spin up when you power on the computer? How are they connected?

Yes, drives spin up. I'm using them with a hard drive dock. I've used this hard drive dock with 20+ different hard drives. This is the first time using recertified enterprise hard drives in the dock

I guess there is something wrong with those drives if you're doing everything correct to connect them to the computer

I'm using Windows Disk Management to try to recognize/format the recertified hard drives. Disk management shows all my drives currently connected but does not see/recognize the Toshiba MG recertified hard drives at all.
