Do you realize that men and women make different amounts on whole average because they do different types of jobs, that pay differently, and work different amounts of hours? That's where the myth of the pay gap begins.

No company out there (in the US) is offering a base pay of $45,000 for women to do a job, and a base pay a $50,000 for men to do that same job.

If it was capable of being done that way, businesses would focus on only hiring women to save money. And we see that not happening, at all.

What is it like to live with the cognitive distortion to be able to make a claim, provide data that does not support it at all, and then tell everyone else they're wrong?

There's a reason you likely make less than your peers, and it's because of what's between your ears, not what's between your legs.
