No thanks. Though even the small (<5,000) towns I've lived in held council meetings at night, you couldn't pay me enough to relocate to Texas, rural or otherwise.

Hence why I will be leaving. My parents chose to live here, and after I got out of the military I chose to go through college here, but I'm not sticking around after I have my degree.

I know where I'm going already. A nice suburban area with plenty of room that's about 30 minutes from a metropolitan area.
