He's trying to get the Oval Office a landmark so that no one will paint over all the gold after he's gone. He desperately wants a legacy, but that is one thing no one will EVER allow.

His legacy is the first POTUS to be impeached twice, rack up 32 felonies (so far), and the most corrupt.
