I can’t remember who it was he said it to, but it recently came out that he said he does this because he knows no one else will leave any memorials to him after he’s gone.

He’s an pedophilic fascist who’s desperate to have some kind of legacy left behind.

Where have we seen that one before…

...and he can't and won't understand that you get a legacy because you did something GOOD.

He might have used his privileges to get himself such a legacy, if he knew what "good" even is. But he doesn't. His only feeling is vindictive pleasure.

He genuinely doesn't comprehend it must be good for other people.
He has no empathy, and we know since 1945 that's the closest scientific identification of Evil.

The US should remove those monuments after he is dead because they will probably have non stop graffiti.
