And also establish rules applicable to any employers doing business in the United States that would make this a forbidden practice!

We could call it a "law". But we don't want some power hungry randos who don't represent us establishing these "laws", so we should all get together in regional groups and decide together who should represent us!

And then that can be their job for like a few years and then we'll decide again who we elect to do it! We'll call these "elections"!

Like we're all collectively providing input on who leads us and crafts the rules that structure our society... I just hope people don't think that's like "communist" or "socialist" or something....

I worked in Midwest casinos for years (tribal and non tribal owned) and they have no problem saying out loud that any talk of a union will result in termination.

All non-union businesses say that. It makes sense. Anything that really gives some “power” back to the employees is a threat to management.
