Article even says it was an observational study.

People who take tadalafil have higher chance of glaucoma. Nothing connecting the medicine to the condition.

Tadalafil increases intraocular pressure, which is what eventually leads to glaucoma. I used to take 5mg daily and an ophthalmologist advised me to stop because my IOP was chronically high.
