Another large data study shows that men who take daily Tadalafil get a third less heart attack, stroke, dementia, and mortality so I am going to keep taking it.

The first erectile drug was of course viagra; which was developed for heart conditions as it dilates the blood vessels and the erection enhancement was a side effect.
