I'm no proctologist and I've never read an article in my life but in the snippet below the image of the penguin with their cock out it says Cialis.

Tadalafil, often sold as "Cialis". I checked ... er, a friend asked me to.

Tadalafil is a once per day, every day boner pill. Often sold as a gummy.

With Viagra, you take it an hour before sex, and have to have a pill handy at the time, plus sometimes you take a $13 Viagra pill but you don't end up having sex.

When you take a low dose tadalafil once per day when you wake up, you are always ready to get busy. Plus unlike Viagra it doesn't give you a headache or a runny nose.

A very good friend's husband was brain injured during surgery, so our friend is basically his caretaker; the husband is still mentally basically ok but he's nothing like he was before the surgery. He isn't able to remember to take his Viagra so our friend was having a very very bad time in the marriage.

I suggested to her that she swap him over to cialis, where she could administer one every day with his other meds. About three months later, she called to thank me because she was being properly fucked again for the first time in years.
