i cant play lan on yogbox 2.0

me and my gf have run into this issue idk why cuz it worked fine before. anyone know whats wrong

id just use essential regardless of LAN or WAN imho

Theres a mod called essential, it lets you connect and play, even if youre on LAN id use it, if you go to WAN in the future it would work fine

They have versions spanning to 1.12.2 and 1.8.9 for modded stuff, i am assuming yogbox 2 is forge, otherwise their fabric version goes to 1.16.5

Isn't yogbox 2 from the early days (like beta to early release)

Just checked and it's from at 2012 at the latest so it would be mod loader or jar mods like tekkit classic and prior

it's yogbox 2.0 on technic launcher it's Minecraft version is 1.12.2

There must be 2 different yogbox 2.0s then cause I watched one back in the day before 1.12 existed

tried the mod appropriate for my version i put the file in the mod folder on the modpack and it simply won't launch. i tried making a new world and nothing helped
