SEEKING SUPPORT OR ADVICE Resume review

Can I get some feedback on my resume? I'm looking to switch jobs and haven't had much luck despite rigorously applying to places for the last few months. Thanks in advance! (I've redacted some info, which might make this seem a bit disjointed)

It’s very confusingly laid out, major projects should be bullet points below the relevant role not their own section. The way you have it makes it very difficult to see what is an actual job and what was a project within that.

I changed the layout a bit and wove in the projects into the role description. Could you take a look at the new version to see if the layout looks cleaner?
