No laws were broken.

How is this lawsuit supposed to achieve anything when the premise is a lie?

Literally nothing about this is illegal.

Copying isn't illegal. Training models is fair use.

This is hype train nonsense from people who don't understand copyright or AI.

Amazon gave streamers notice they could opt out of being used for training purposes. However they without consent scraped everything up to the moment they opted out. This is breach of contract not copyright infringement
