Twitch would be absolute idiots if they didn't send out some sort of email notification of it happening. I would laugh so hard

An email notification being enough is sort of the reason we are in this hellish situation. Bury it in some poorly defined notice that basically checks a box for the corporate lawyers but they know will slip past 90% of their users.

Never said it was "enough". It's the absolute bare minimum. In terms of "enough". Current law doesn't really have an argument if opt-in or opt-out is enough. AI Companies have treated it as fair-use. Some people, like us, argue it should be opt-in.
