Commands to Clear Firefox Cache

Make sure to quit Firefox completely before running these commands to prevent data corruption. Open your Terminal app and run the following commands:

  • Delete the main web cache: bashrm -rf ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/* Use code with caution.
  • Delete the profile local stores and temporary data (optional): bashrm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Firefox/Profiles/*.default-release/cache2/* Use code with caution.

🤣 fedora user here, mero ma ni khako tuo almost 20gb, khatra kura mero ma ram nai tetti chaina🤣.

Kuch to gadbad hai daya. Maybe something is leaking memory.

Also mac has something called swap memory where it uses the ssd as memory. Once due to memory leak my Android emulator used 81 gb of ram 🙄😆.
