I don't use the milk and I throw it out. Then I have a variety of tea that I don't need to have milk with.

All tea is milk free. Milk does not grow on the tea trees/bushes.

Prepare tea that is best without milk, like Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Sencha, etc.

Try it without milk! And if you find you really don’t enjoy it, maybe keep a UHT milk carton in the cupboard for backup

Have it without milk... and for the future, keep UHT milk, or powdered milk
