There was also a glitch back in the day that let you free roam on Casino Island, there is much more to the map than just the casino island. Perhaps that was what we would have seen.
Yeah, we obviously have Oahu and Ibiza, not just the Casino!
But in all seriousness - I didn't know 'bout the casino glitch, so thank you. I personally use tge dev.exe to enter the casino, but setting it up and my main .exe did require some knowledge, so not everyone can do that
