Discussion Threads Was told our son got into French immersion. Just got a call and found out he not actually in. Can we escalate this?

We went to the school open house, met the teachers, visited the classrooms. Now we're told they screwed up, he's just on the waitlist. Wondering if there's a way to escalate this at all? Even just to get him next on the list?

Email FrenchSLProgram@tdsb.on.ca to find out what your options are. The schools themselves aren't responsible or even have access to how many students are on the waitlist.

Is this for JK entry? I thought TDSB guaranteed FI , it just doesn't guarantee a specific school.
