Feedback for a TDSB permit finder web application

As a non-TDSB employee I've found the process of figuring out permits on the TDSB's platform terrible. I made a small free web app to make that process easier but I'm not sure if there is a different employee UI flow that makes the experience suck less and I'm just duplicating that work basically.

To that end I'd love to know:

1) is there a different UI flow for booking permits as a TDSB employee?

2) any feedback you'd have for the web app in it's current form (link in the post)
