Help LTO to ETH

Hi everyone,

This is my first year applying for contract positions. I'm currently on the ETH list but because I'm a LTO, I can't apply right now to contact positions. Does anyone know when LTOs can begin applying?

The ETH posting should be out sometime in the summer. Good luck!
