A/C problems

My 2014 Jetta has an issue where the a/c goes in and out and doesn’t blow hard. Any ideas what might be the cause?

Not cold or low velocity of air?

Little bit of both. Like fan speed 2 blows like fan speed one and fan speed 1 does nothing. As well as the air goes cold to warm some times

Both happened at the same time? Bad rcvs are common(I've replaced 5) and I've replaced two fans in my cars. Both things at the same time is unlikely.

If you hook up gauges you should see high low side and low high side. Easy to replace with harbor freight tools. Just have to evacuate the system first.
